You will begin your training at one of our Terminal facilities with relocation to your own terminal usually within 6 - 15 months from your start date. 

You must be prepared to go anywhere in Manitoba and you will have a choice to go to any of our 80 + terminals across the country once training is complete.

We will provide you with a great orientation and a lot of support, so you can learn about the different areas of our business which include freight handling and management, staff supervision, health and safety compliance, cost control and budgeting, equipment and our number one priority, customer service. 

Trainees perform a combination of observation, actual work experience and leadership soft skills training.
