Job Description

  • Claims intake, (Ensure Part I and the Modified Work Offer are completed in full). . 

  • Look up information in AS400

  • Submit Employer Report

  • Update Parklane

  • Supply earnings Information to the board, obtained from payroll

  • Email distribution group with incident reporting documentation 

  • Update Ledger

  • Follow up with a reminder for Part II

  • Pull together letters of good standing and clearances 

  • Monthly Compliance Report - (Review facility inspections to ensure accuracy, ensure both the facility inspection and minutes, where applicable, are received monthly).

Qualifications

Attention to detail is a must

Highest regard for confidentiality is a must

Knowledge of Google Docs, Excel, and keyboarding skills are an asset

Must be able to work in Canada
