• Responsible for the day to day operations.

• Ensure programs, policies and procedures are being explained and followed to improve efficiency of the operation


• Maintain facilities and vehicles as per company standards and ensure all personnel are held accountable for maintaining company standards.

• Maintain service standards by minimizing failures; ensuring proper follow up should failures occur and putting forth an effort to avoid repeats.

• Understand customers’ needs, service those needs, and maintain and develop positive business relationships with customers. 

• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

• Payroll processing and preparation.

• Detailed operational knowledge with **recommended 3-10 years of experience in a supervisory/management position.
• Computer literate; with working knowledge of MS-Office suite.
• Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety act.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• Effective problem solving, decision making and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and priority management skills.
• Ability to work effectively on multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
