The Junior Foreman's main role is to do all things needed to support the safety, service and KPI's of the terminal. This is done by being a leader on the dock floor in support of the direction of the Dock Foreman and Operations Manager.  The Junior Foreman also covers the Dock Foreman for illness and vacation.

Duties may include:

• Plan freight movement in accordance with volumes
• Assign and direct others
• Address complaints and resolve issues
• Work in a fast paced environment
• Deal with Customers when they come to the warehouse
• Keep the warehouse clean and tidy
• Other duties as assigned

The hours will be primarily Monday- Friday but some weekends will be required as the operation requires.

• Have a valid driver licence
• Be accountable
• LTL experience
• Forklift certification and experience
• City Load Planning, Knowledge of OB Loading
• Safety minded team player
• Great communication skills
