Manitoulin Warehousing & Distribution is looking for a 3PL Warehousing Customer Service Representative for their Mississauga, ON location. This role involves a large amount of data entry, document preparation and communication with the warehouse team in order to prepare orders for various clients. This role is also responsible for resolving and responding to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, warehousing and inbound/outbound shipments. Prior experience within the transportation industry, warehousing, and/or 3PL environment is required for this role. 

*Please note that due to customer requirements, this role has a fixed schedule of 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday (42.5 hours per week).

• Prepare shipping documents (eg, BOLs, pick tickets, packing slips) for warehouse team
• Enter shipping information into the Warehouse Management System
• Update spreadsheets and prepare reports on a routine basis
• Schedule appointments for pickup and delivery of inbound/outbound freight
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues or concerns
• Act as the liaison between the customer and the warehouse
• Rectify problems such as damages, shortages, and non-conformance to specifications
• Assist with general office filing

• Previous customer service work experience within a 3PL warehousing, logistics, or transportation industry is required
• Previous experience with Accellos an asset
• Ability to balance multiple projects with changing priorities and strict deadlines
• Strong numeracy skills and close attention to detail
• Familiarity with Google Suite (calendar, Gmail)
• Experience with MS Excel and preparing basic reports
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to resolve customer inquiries in a professional manner
