Job Description

  • Ordering parts and issuing PO's
  • Keeping inventory
  • Receiving parts
  • Organizing and shipping exchange parts, return parts and shipments to other locations
  • Preparing statements
  • Keeping record
  • Processing invoices
  • Using items such as a computer, calculator and materiel handling equipment
  • Adhering to ISO quality management systems

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum valid class 5
  • Basic math skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Punctual and self motivated
  • Ability to lift medium weight objects
  • Attention to details such as parts cataloging and electronic inventory systems
  • The ability to deal effectively with mechanics
