• Work with management to codify the current development process and workflow
• Research, procure, and customize point products to automate and monitor the development process
• Support tool requests and set up build system, storage, database, network and VMware environments for project teams
• Drive the design of the build system and help driving the designing and implementation of the continuous integration process for project teams
• Manage policies and procedures that ensure solid development practices and procedures for project teams.
• Identify and implement procedures for extracting useful metrics from the current development process.
• Recommend and implement courses of action to resolve shortcomings of the current process; identify methods to improve the productivity of the current process and procedures
• Support the change tracking process for software artifacts.
• Support a repeatable product release process for capturing all deliverables.
• Support project teams with capturing development process and procedures.
• Track and document approved changes to software baseline.
• Support generation of quality and productivity metrics

• 5+ years exp with development tools in both Linux and Windows environments
• Experience with dev tools such as Git/CI/CD
• Experience developing shell scripts & software development skills
• Strong process scripting experience
• In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure such as AWS/GCP
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent in exp

Salary range

• Senior-level: $800 to $1,500
• Middle level: $400 to $800
