Job Description

The Account Development Representative (North Asia) focuses on increasing market share for FireEye solutions through multi-touch and multi-channel outbound prospecting within a defined region.

They follow up on various digital marketing campaigns and events to source new prospect leads that help generate qualified opportunities for new business. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Follow up on all marketing qualified leads by identifying the right party contacts within targeted accounts 
  • Make outbound calls in addition to sending customized emails to targeted prospects
  • To engage and interact with decision makers at a senior level to identify new and emerging business
  • To build effective relationships with potential clients and existing customers by the use of appropriate questioning and discovery tools
  • To deal appropriately and proactively with inbound inquiries received via the phone, email or web forms
  • To build relationships with salespeople ensuring information is passed onto them in an efficient and timely manner 
  • Utilize additional tools such as LinkedIn along with various internal and external databases to identify relevant and appropriate contacts
  • Convert prospects into interested customers by articulating FireEye’s value proposition
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FireEye’s competitive positioning in the marketplace
  • Meet or exceed quota that will be based on achieving targets of new qualified leads processed and identified along with sales meetings generated and accepted
  • Manage all activity via Salesforce.com
  • To work as part of a team, especially with sales and marketing functions, in a growing and dynamic company.

Requirements

  • Must have strong written and verbal English and be able to clearly and effectively articulate FireEye’s value via the phone
  • The Account Development Representative (North Asia) focuses on increasing market share for FireEye solutions through multi-touch and multi-channel outbound prospecting within a defined region (Hong Kong and Taiwan)
  • Due to language requirements of territory, essential to have spoken fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web conferencing tools.
  • Ability to use Salesforce.com (SFDC) and other on-line tools effectively
  • Exposure to business intelligence/dashboard tools advantageous
  • BA/BS or equivalent preferred
  • Enthusiastic, fun, flexible and demonstrates a willingness to learn!
