Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Cultivate and educate the community about our products and services.
- Determine an effective communication strategy for our brand to potential customers.
- Maintain expert knowledge of our services and products and express this information efficiently to our consumers.
- Assist the marketing department to assess the impact of promotional and branding activities by monitoring the market trends before and after new ventures.
- Show samples to customers to familiarize them with our products and services.
- Share the message of our brand with our customers.
- Present a professional and responsible appearance at all times.
- Focus on the growth of our business through the monitoring of activities and sales during demonstrations.
Qualifications
- Degree holder (Marketing, Business Economics, Entrepreneurship and the like)
- More than 2 years of experience as a brand ambassador
- Action-oriented approach to meeting goals and objectives
- Able to explain information in a clear and concise way
- Capture customer demographics
- Approachable and welcoming personality
- Ability to track performance and enter data in our CRM
