Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description

Our client a software and accessories company based in Richmond are looking for a dynamic, multi-faceted Digital Marketing Manager to join a strong, growing team and uplift the online presence of both brands through clear and targeted marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone to play an essential role in implementing our data driven and information based digital marketing strategy, across all of our locations.

General tasks will include:

  • Promote our software, training and consultancy solutions online to both businesses and individuals using SEO, PPC, social media, email and partnerships
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and maintain our annual marketing calendar, annual events and marketing budget
  • Develop a content strategy for the business and work with 3rd parties to deliver this – both for acquisition and retention purposes
  • Create digital assets for use across all digital marketing channels
  • Lead generation and conversion rate optimisation
  • Use Google Analytics and other relevant insight tools to analyse performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop performance dashboards to ensure important insights are communicated and acted upon
  • Create clear schedules, updates and reports to ensure campaigns are effectively documented and implemented
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Assistant to coordinate website content for our UK and international websites using Magento and WordPress CMS
  • Work closely with suppliers and retailers to ensure high res campaign graphics and product imagery is consistently up-to-date and refreshed
  • Market product ranges across Amazon using all available tools

Skills:

  • At least 5 years of digital marketing management and execution experience
  • Proven track-record of delivering campaigns with a strong commercial focus and hitting revenue targets
  • Strong organisational skills, agile individual with the ability to work in a growing business within a ‘test & learn’ driven environment
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, Photoshop or InDesign
  • Able to work on multiple tasks and projects at one time
  • Experience on CMS platforms WordPress and Magento, and retail experience on the Amazon platform
  • Excellent communication skills with colleagues and management
