Our client in Kingston have a great opportunity for a Temporary Administrator with preferential experience in Recruitment.

This role is a Temporary role that will be for 2 months

Your working hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Hourly rate - £15-18 ph dependant on experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be supporting a consultant's desk
  • Answering the phone, and supporting the sales process
  • You'll be sourcing new candidates from job-sites, social media and other platforms
  • When working on specific roles, you will need to coordinate with the relevant consultant to learn the job details
  • Accurate recording of candidate and client information on the recruitment database
Essential Requirements:
  • You must have knowledge of a CRM System
  • You should have worked with LinkedIn
