Our client in Kingston have a great opportunity for a Temporary Administrator with preferential experience in Recruitment.
This role is a Temporary role that will be for 2 months
Your working hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Hourly rate - £15-18 ph dependant on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- You will be supporting a consultant's desk
- Answering the phone, and supporting the sales process
- You'll be sourcing new candidates from job-sites, social media and other platforms
- When working on specific roles, you will need to coordinate with the relevant consultant to learn the job details
- Accurate recording of candidate and client information on the recruitment database
- You must have knowledge of a CRM System
- You should have worked with LinkedIn
- Good communication skills
- Good team player
- Have good organisational and administrative skills
- Good time management
- Be able to cope with pressure
