Job Description

The Salesforce Functional Solution Lead role combines strategic vision, business alignment, workshop facilitation, team leadership and pre-sales. This role is aimed at an experienced Lead on multi-cloud Salesforce projects.

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As a  Salesforce Functional Solution Lead (M/F), you are responsible for the functional strategy and alignment of Salesforce solutions with clients' business objectives.

  • Oversee and coordinate the delivery of functional solutions on multi-cloud or strategic projects
  • Ensure alignment of solutions with clients' business and strategic objectives
  • Facilitate strategic workshops with stakeholders to define functional roadmaps
  • Assess requirements, propose recommendations and validate functional orientations
  • Lead functional teams and support their skills development
  • Drive the overall functional quality of deliverables across all projects
  • Maintain an active watch on new Salesforce features and their application in projects
  • Actively participate in strategic pre-sales by advising clients on suitable solutions

Qualifications

  • You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or engineering school.
  • Advanced mastery of multiple Salesforce clouds and complex business process management.
  • Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.).
  • Recognized expertise in managing strategic functional projects.
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary and cross-functional project teams.
  • Excellent understanding of clients' business and strategic challenges.
  • Ability to write and validate strategic functional documents.
  • Excellent communication and pedagogical skills.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to manage expectations and conflicts.
  • Proactivity and initiative.
  • Team spirit and collaborative leadership.
  • Adaptability in changing environments.
