At the heart of Modern Workplace challenges, M365 architecture and the adoption of Microsoft SaaS solutions require a comprehensive vision covering the entire project lifecycle, from technical scoping to deployment. This role is aimed at a Senior M365 Architect who is autonomous and committed, capable of leading innovative projects while actively contributing to pre-sales activities.

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As an M365 Architect (M/F), you bring your expertise on Microsoft technologies and progress through the phases of our IT projects.

• Support our clients in their digital strategy
• Facilitate technical architecture workshops
• Understand functional requirements and the client's technical constraints
• Recommend complex architectures to address a business issue or need
• Define and improve standards, architecture patterns and the service catalogue
• Supervise the implementation of technical recommendations within projects
• Draft associated documents (DAT, DEX, HLD, LLD, etc.)
• Manage projects and teams
• Audit the existing environment and study client needs
• Operate autonomously on technical scoping and pre-sales phases
• Maintain a technology watch

• With a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) or equivalent
• You have at least 5 years of experience on Microsoft 365 migration projects
• You also have mastery of Microsoft technologies overall, particularly Entra ID (Active Directory), Exchange, SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams
• Good knowledge of one or more migration tools (BitTitan, ShareGate, etc.)
• You have good interpersonal skills, strong adaptability, and a service-oriented mindset
• One or more Microsoft certifications or an MVP title would be a plus
• Good command of English, both oral and written (B2 level required)
