Job Description
The role will provide analytical support to Line of Report to drive local procurement improvements to processes, tools, and systems in support of category strategy execution, improved efficiency, and standardization.
Job Responsibilities
Provide support to its line of report on Procurement reporting and performance management in coordination with Global and Zone leadership.
Assemble and analyse business ERP data as well as Macro, Industry and market specific data into information, and avail to management in a timely fashion for strategic, tactical and operational requirements.
Ensure timely preparation and consolidation of performance tracking and reporting tools, Monthly & Quarterly Performance Reviews, investigation of exceptions and working with the team to design and implement corrective action plans.
Ensure periodic generation and review of exception reports and implementation of other internal control actions for management control purposes.
Responsible for Change management of SAP process
Support and drive the spend management, reporting, and forecasting tools for Procurement within the local country.
Support to Procurement Team in the area of IT tool use – e-procurement and contract review tools
Management of Performance dashboard on Microsoft Power-BI
Support the proper implementation and use of master data locally, including vendor, material, and service masters..
Business Process mapping for all P2P process.
Support Procurement in setting up and validating benefit calculation.
Support Performance Management, and Group Analytics with appropriate tools and capabilities to drive spend and transaction transparency
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Commerce, Finance or numerate skills
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy commercial/ business environment – P2P Exposure an added advantage
Highly developed analytical skills
Excellent understanding and application of management information systems
Experience with Enterprise Resource Applications – SAP ERP (Qlikview, BW, BO) and Microsoft PowerBI
Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and specifically spreadsheet design.
Use of google collaborative platform for document management – Drive, Sheets, PPT etc
SAP ERP Systems knoeledge is a compulsory requirment
Google Drive use and management as a collaborative tools
Highly effective time management, planning and organization skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and drive tasks to completion in a fixed time-frame and in a pressured environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively (including technical and operational) and with all functions.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and build relationships across multiple functions
Ability to deal with ambiguities, conflicts and adversarial relationships
Experience and knowledge of SAP (Preferred, other ERP system experience considered)
Demonstrated ability in analysis and interpretation of data including database management and solution design
