Approve mix designs in compliance with client requirements in terms of strength, durability, permeability, workability.

Ensure real implementation of QA/QC plan and related inspection activities as well as reported in standard format.

Ensure implementation of Quality Management System as per approved Quality Manual & Contract requirements

Ensure real implementation of QA/QC plan and related inspection activities as well as reported in standard format.

Supervise monthly internal calibration and uniformity test for each batching plant unit

Ensure qualification of staff and provide necessary training or support.

Supervise the lab/site, checkpoint technicians, laboures and performe performance appraisals

Troubleshoot all matters arising from the site

10-15 years QA/QC experience in a concrete mix laboratory

Ability to conduct quality assurance and quality control testing analysis.

Knowledgeable in operating test

Ability to communicate with different levels of people 

Exceptional Use of English Language

Knowledge of Ready-mix ERP Systems

Knowledge of Various readymix activities
