Job Description

The SI Customer Project Manager role is to manage Systems Integration customer’s projects, to secure that the project goals are met, that the customer’s expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the possibilities and scope of the contract.
The SI Project Manager should have the authorities according to descriptions in the given assignment and PROP-C.
The responsibilities are described as:   
 

1.Pre-sales support Participate in professional service scoping and costing, support sales as a core 3-team member responsible for customer project fulfillment
 

2. Delivery The SI Project Manager is responsible for all project activities during the project establishment, execution and conclusion phases.
 

3.The responsibility mainly consists of planning, setting up, and executing the project activities, ensuring that the project goals are met and that the customer’s business requirements are fulfilled.

4.The SI Project Manager has the overall responsibility to achieve the project goals with respect to functions, time and budget, and for the progress of the project. He/she administrates plans, risk handling, resource issues and reports to the project sponsor.
 

5.The SI Project Manager should also manage the customer relation and the customer’s expectations and thus handle changes in an appropriate way in conjunction with the requirements for the projects as described in the project specification. Handling expectations is extremely important to get a satisfied customer.
 

6.The SI Project Manager can have project staff members as support, but the SI Project Manager has still the overall responsibility.

 

Main activities The SI Project Manager’s tasks are divided into four main parts (according to PROP-C), 1. Pre-sales support, 2. Project set-up and commitment, 3. Project execution, 4. Project conclusion.
 

Qualifications

 Qualifications
 Education 

Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, Electrical or 

Electronics Engineering
 

MBA is an optional
 

Experiences 

Minimum 8 years experience in System Integration, Telecommunication in VAS or Telecom Management, Software Development
Minimum 2 years experience as a project team leader

Additional Information

Remuneration is very attractive-NGN 1 100 000 per month.

Contract duration: One Year .

Tools provided: Laptop, Car, IT AccessTools 

Start date: ASAP.
