Job Description

The Director of Learning and Development will develop and implement a corporate professional development program and learning management system. The candidate will organize Radiance training efforts, manage expenditures, track training activities, and develop a learning system that is responsive to workforce needs. The individual will work within Radiance to develop plans to build the workforce capabilities necessary to achieve short- and long-range business objectives. This leadership position requires vision and a proven ability to collaborate with senior staff on initiatives, build effective strategic partnerships, and communicate information at all levels, including customers, employees, and management teams.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with a variety of instructional strategies and learning technologies.
  • Experience with accreditation and certification organization criteria, policies, standards, and processes.
  • Certified Executive Coach and Temperament Certified Professional.
  • Master’s Degree


Required Experience
 

  • 10 years’ experience in adult learning and e-learning.
  • 5 years’ experience in leadership role.
