Job Description

 

  1. Develop or manage Global Partner relationships
  2. Identify new Global Partner and business opportunities, formulate contracts and drive the execution, as well as attain channel sales goals and performance targets
  3. Make proposals for alliance strategies and influence the decisions of BUs or partners.
  4. Organize and manage cooperation activities carried out with partners;
  5. Organize and lead a virtual cooperative team and the Global Partner Management Team;
  6. Organize efforts to make annual plans for global partner business.

 

Requirements:

  1. Work experience of more than seven years.
  2. CFT (cross-functional team) work experience, in particularly experience in R&D, marketing, management, and sales.
  3. Command of English as a working language.
  4. Extensive business knowledge and strategic thinking
  5. International work experience
  6. Capability to work in complex situations
