Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the SaaS domain
- Functional Knowledge of Procurement/Supply Chain
- Experience learning new technologies and designing presentations
- Identify training needs for employees, partners, and clients
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to prepare the training materials
- Prepare all training materials and keep them current
- Prepare and configure training environments
- Ensure readiness of all course materials and equipment prior to delivery
