IT Operations Specialist II (US Citizen to qualify for US Government Clearance)

Ø  Responsible for all aspects of service delivery including working with customers through the launch and implementation life cycle

Ø  Lead deployment and launch of new customers through development, implementation life cycle, and maintenance of project plans.

Ø  Prioritize and meet aggressive goals with focused attention to detail

Ø  Interact with customers as the key point of contact during the implementation process, building confidence with proactive communication.

Ø  Conduct customer training sessions in a variety of settings (i.e. WebEx, etc.).

Ø  Work closely with customer contacts, guiding them through use IoT connectivity, including hardware, software and wireless broadband connectivity.

Ø  Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with customers and co-workers.

Ø  Troubleshoot customer issues with our end to end solution within the both the customer’s environment and our network.

Ø  Demonstrate ability to coordinate cross-functional groups to accomplish goals

Ø  Flexibility to deal with customer and internal challenges as they arise, and the ability to develop and implement strategies to overcome these challenges.

Ø  Presentations to both technical as well as non-technical audiences inside and outside the organization.

Ø  End-to-end troubleshooting complex environments and help desk processes.

Ø  Develop and maintain expertise in wireless and mobile products and applications, particularly in respect to use in IoT settings

Ø  Submit bug fixes/enhancement requests and assist with software testing; ensuring our product is always working as designed or recommending ways to improve

Ø  Minimum 7 years recent experience with above referenced accomplishments and the following hands on expertise;

Ø  Wireless applications and solutions with training and  experience in a virtual network enabler and IoT environment

Ø  Provide SaaS and DaaS solutions in the telecommunications industry and mobile broadband industry

Ø  Networking, TCP/IP addressing, networks switches, firewalls, wireless technology and network monitoring

Ø  Enterprise Mobile device Management / MDM administration, (AirWatch, MaaS360, Android Enterprise, KME, etc.)

Ø  Ability to work on-site at a Phoenix, Arizona Location

Ø  MUST Be a US Citizen with abilityh to obtain US Government Clearance

Ø  Education - BS or BA degree in STEM field or in similar concentration
