  • Oversee bar operations, including RSA compliance and beverage standards
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Head of Food & Beverage to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Identify opportunities to improve service standards, efficiency and guest satisfaction

What You'll Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in a Restaurant Manager, Venue Manager, or Lead Food & Beverage role
  • Strong front-of-house experience within a restaurant, hotel, resort or hospitality venue
  • Outstanding people leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop teams
  • Experience managing rosters and labour costs
  • Strong operational knowledge across restaurant, café and bar environments
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump in wherever needed
