Ready to swap the ordinary for ocean views, road trips and portfolio leadership?

We're looking for an experienced hospitality Operations Manager to join our Parks & Resorts team in a permanent full-time opportunity. The successful candidate can be based on the Gold Coast, Sydney or Tasmania, supporting a portfolio of holiday destinations across Australia, with regular travel to connect with leaders and teams on the ground.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in sophisticated hospitality environments. Partnering closely with onsite General Managers, you'll drive commercial performance, elevate guest experiences and support operational excellence across a diverse portfolio. From accommodation and Food & Beverage operations through to team development and business performance, you'll play a key role in helping our properties and people succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with General Managers to deliver exceptional commercial and operational outcomes.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability and overall business performance.
  • Provide leadership and support across accommodation, Food & Beverage and guest experience operations.
  • Coach and develop leaders to build engaged, high-performing teams.
  • Use data and insights to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion service excellence and consistently high operational standards.
  • Support safe, compliant and well-run operations across the portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Travel regularly to provide hands-on support and operational leadership where it matters most.

What You'll Bring

  • Significant operational leadership experience within hotels, resorts, lodges or premium hospitality environments.
  • Strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations, with experience leading venues, managing commercial performance and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Proven success supporting senior operational leaders and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and business performance management.
  • Experience balancing operational excellence, guest satisfaction and financial outcomes.
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach and the ability to navigate complex operational environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly throughout the portfolio.
