Job Description

This is a permanent, full time position which requires you to commit to a 3-week rotational roster working Monday -Sunday (including public holidays) from 6am -10pm. You will have the opportunity to work hybrid from home with a current minimum requirement to come into Sydney Olympic Park once every 3 weeks. As such you need to live within 60km of Sydney Olympic Park.

What You’ll Do

As a Service Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our members moving by coordinating roadside assistance services across the NRMA network. Working in a fast‑paced, safety‑critical environment, you’ll manage service delivery in real time while providing calm, confident support to members and service providers when they need it most.

  • Coordinating and case managing roadside assistance requests across the NRMA network
  • Monitoring job allocation systems and responding to time‑critical and safety‑focused situations
  • Liaising with members when automated dispatch cannot meet service timeframes
  • Supporting service providers with complex problem solving and information
  • Monitoring workload trends and contributing to continuous improvement and reporting


What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in a customer service or frontline environment, ideally within high‑pressure settings
  • Ability to work within a structured environment and adhere to KPIs
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on safety, quality, and member experience
  • Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and decisive during challenging interactions
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation skills, and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Confidence working both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience in a call centre, control room, dispatch, or case management environment
  • Knowledge of NSW metropolitan and regional areas
