Job Description

Enjoy working 4 days a week in this exciting 12-month fixed term contract, you will report to the Senior Manager of Content where you will develop and manage NRMA Membership and Open Road’s content plans and content campaigns to deliver a best-in-class content experience across web, app, print and social that is customer-centric and aligned to business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Shape content plans and manage the content calendar to ensure editorial plans, audience needs and and business objectives are balanced and actionable plans are visible across the FY.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external partners to create compelling, on-brand content and campaign assets.
  • Lead the planning and optimisation of content campaigns and initiatives to deliver on time and within scope.
  • Analyse content performance data and effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all content adheres to NRMA’s tone of voice, brand guidelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Drive innovation in content formats and distribution strategies to maximise reach and engagement with NRMA’s diverse audiences.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in content strategy, campaign management, or digital marketing within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute end-to-end content and campaign strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign performance tracking, reporting, and optimisation.
  • Experience with content management systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Creative flair and a passion for producing high-quality, engaging content tailored to various audiences and channels.
