Job Description

What you will do: 

Our Sales Centre team is responsible for taking inbound calls, making reservations for holiday stays for our members and guests. You will play a vital role in our customer journey and be the first point of contact for guests looking to book that memorable holiday, road trip, or getaway. 

We have multiple full time positions available offering 38 hours a week, commencing from the end of November!

This is a hybrid role

  • You’ll be rostered 2 days per week at our Sales Centre office in Gosford
  • The remaining days can be worked from home

Training

  • Your initial 2-week training will be full-time hours, held Monday to Friday at the Gosford office.

Roster & Availability

  • We operate a 4 week rotating roster, with shifts scheduled between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
  • Our office only closes on Christmas Day, so availability over weekends, public holidays, school holidays, and the Christmas/New Year period is essential. 

What you will bring: 

  • Demonstrated sales and exceptional customer service skills 
  • Ability to multitask effectively by maintaining a positive and professional call experience while navigating computer systems and capturing accurate information 
  • Strong computer and typing skills, proficiency in MS Office and confident in systems navigation 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume call centre environment 
  • A motivated and driven individual with a strong customer focus 
  • Excellent communication skills - you love a chat and bring 100% positive energy to every call 
  • Reservations experience utilising property management and booking systems will be favourable 
  • Previous experience with Newbook will be advantageous. 
  • Previous experience working with KPIs (key performance indicators) will be advantageous. 
  • Previous experience in a Call Centre environment is highly desirable. 

We do the training, you bring the personality! We will ensure you have the equipment, training and support that you require to guarantee success. You will need a good home office setup with access to NBN or good internet connection
