Job Description

  • Collect and analyse procurement data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement
  • Design and maintain procurement reports and dashboards to provide insights for management and internal stakeholders
  • Be responsible for Modern Slavery deliverables across the Group, including collecting and analysing supplier evidence and supporting the drafting of the Modern Slavery Statement
  • Support other ESG deliverables in the procurement team, including RAP reporting, contract governance, and supplier spend reporting requirement
  • Engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure identified risks are reported and mitigated.
  • Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of procurement communication channels, training material, policies and processes
  • Continuously look across the business for opportunities of improvement, simplification and standardisation

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor Degree in a related field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Accurate analytical and reporting skills, with strong IT skills including Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Jira, Tableau and/or Power BI, and a willingness to experiment with AI functionality
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to coach and develop stakeholders
  • Experience in understanding baseline procurement expenditure and identifying key drivers
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to improvement
  • An awareness of procurement processes and drivers, proven change management skills, strong presentation and facilitation skills, and financial accounting skills.
