NRMA Murramarang Beachfront Holiday Resort is your perfect home-away-from-home, set against the stunning backdrop of Murramarang National Park and offering absolute beachfront access just north of Batemans Bay on the South Coast of NSW. The resort features a wide range of accommodation options, from beachfront villas to glamping tents, as well as spacious camping and caravan sites. Guests of all ages can enjoy a variety of facilities including resort-style pools, the Bear Grylls Survival Academy, licensed on-site dining, and dedicated spaces for conferences, events, and weddings. While pets aren’t permitted due to our national park location, guests are treated to daily visits from the free-roaming kangaroos that call the area home. 

Job Description

What you'll do:

We’re currently seeking a Casual Amenities & Grounds Attendant to join the team at NRMA Murramarang Beachfront Holiday Resort. In this hands-on role, you’ll report to the Maintenance Manager and play a key part in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our accommodation, public areas, and amenities—ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming and comfortable stay. You’ll also support the Grounds Team with general outdoor tasks such as gardening, raking, pathway maintenance and waste removal, helping to keep our beautiful coastal resort looking its best.

  • Around 30 hours per week available, 5 days a week.
  • Find your balance, with shifts generally between 7.30am - 3pm

What you'll bring:

  • Passionate about everything you do with a drive to be the best you can and contribute to the team
  • Team-oriented with a "lead from the front" kind of mentality
  • Great problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask, supporting your team and guests
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of processes and methods of a grounds or housekeeping department
  • Capability to work in a busy and at times physically demanding position
