SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Full Time Duty Manager to join the team in Sydney.

This position can be located at either Sydney Airport or Sydney Suburbs (Artarmon, Brookvale, Hornsby) sites - please indicate your preference within your application. 

As a Duty Manager, you will provide day-to-day operational support for our frontline team and ensure high customer satisfaction. 

Your key responsibilities will include:   

• People and performance management including daily mentoring and coaching for the frontline team to maximise and drive sales 
• Maintaining a strong and positive focus on customer services to manage conflict and resolve customer concerns 
• Achieving targets and KPIs, and delivering high audit and compliance standard for the business 
• Reporting and daily fleet management 

• Demonstrated ability to lead a high performing team in a fast-paced environment 
• Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience 
• Enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets  
• Excellent verbal and written communication and conflict resolution skills 
• Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic 
• Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (preferred but not essential)    
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster including weekends and public holidays    
• Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver’s Licence 
• Full working rights in Australia 

All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
