Job Description

We are looking for a solid Director of HR who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who can effectively develop and manage ongoing communication and integration of new policies into the organization. As a collaborative partner with employees and managers, you play a key role to come up with strategic HR programs to enhance team effectiveness and people satisfaction and execute HR initiatives by supporting the Chief People Officer. We treat each team member as a founder, and the right candidate is a smart, creative leader who is passionate and can execute a vision and create great people experience at MX. 

What you’ll get to do…

  • Manage and improve ongoing development procedures and policies

  • Manage HR compliance programs and improve employee relationships

  • Develop a positive people experience and be a great people ambassador to nourish company culture

  • Own and develop diversity & inclusion programs

  • Convey the story, mission, and vision of MX in a passionate, persuasive, and authentic way

  • Work closely with leaders to define metrics, align OKR’s, and visualize OKR performance for each department

  • Develop and manage the performance review process across the organization

  • Partner with the People Development team to identify training needs and help people progress

  • Conduct employee investigations and exit interviews

  • Manage the HR team and mentor junior team members 

Qualifications

You’ll do it using your…

  • 10 years of experience in human resource management and HR business partner in a high growth environment

  • Solid leadership experience in managing HR teams at startup companies and large organizations

  • Data-proven success in performance management and employee relations management

  • Abundant knowledge of labor law and strong experience in HR compliance

  • Clear strategic vision in HR development 

  • Strong execution skills and ability to handle multiple complex issues

  • Natural passion for diversity & inclusion 

  • Strong people engagement and communication skills

  • Preferable a bachelor degree in HR 

  • Preferable SPHR certification
