Job Description

We are seeking a committed Corporate Sales Recruiter to work directly with the PeopleOps and Sales leadership to help grow our exceptional Sales team. You will apply your creativity and superlative people skills in attracting best of class account executives, business development and inside sales people to the MX mission, mindset and disposition.

  • Collaborate with expert sales leadership in establishing strategies for attracting the talent required for MX to execute on its ambitious mission

  • Implement key initiatives in recruiting key sales-centric disciplines throughout the organization

  • Collaborate with PeopleOps and Hiring managers in streamlining the full, staffing cycle

  • Engage in community and industry networking events within the FinTech and startup world

  • Leverage key metrics in analyzing and refining staffing projections and results

  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to drive the recruiting process through on-boarding

  • Ensure an amazing candidate experience through high-touch, personalized outreach and engagement

You will do it using your...

  • 4-8 years of related recruiting experience, preferably in the areas of enterprise SaaS with complex sales environments

  • Strong understanding of positions, compensation structures, accelerators, techniques, local market, and methodologies preferably in the enterprise SaaS space

  • Strong understanding of direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques

  • Embrace and articulate the MX story, vision, and culture

  • Track record for successfully identifying and qualifying exceptional Sales candidates

  • Blend of aptitude, personality, communication skills, organizational skills and follow through

  • Comprehensive expertise in the full spectrum of talent acquisition and retention

  • Desire for constant self-improvement

  • Ability and desire to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast paced, often ambiguous, high-stakes environment

  • Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively
