Job Description

The Sales Operations team provides operational and technical support to the MX sales team to help them make better sales decisions. We work with sales people by analyzing sales data, identifying issues within the sales process, and improving the efficiency of the sales organization as a whole.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized individual to assist Sales Operations Leadership across all elements of the sales cycle. In addition to providing technical support to sales representatives, the Sales & Operation Support Specialist will engage in continuous improvement projects to increase productivity and reduce cycle times.

What you will do...

  • Provide tier 1 technical support for sales tools, including Salesforce CRM and Domo

  • Troubleshoot technical incidents with telecommunication systems, including telephone and conferencing within the Sales department

  • Proactively monitor and maintain sales systems to identify and mitigate potential issues

  • Prepare periodic status reports on all sales systems for Sales Operations Leadership

  • Cross-collaborate with teams outside of sales--especially IT--to promote best-practice use of sales systems

  • Assist the Sales Operations Leadership with miscellaneous operational tasks and projects to increase operational efficiency

  • Support the strategy planning and execution of key processes for the sales rep and related cross-functional teams

  • Perform other duties as assigned
