We are looking for a Director of Demand Generation to work closely with Marketing, Product, Creative and Sales to create multichannel campaigns that increase pipeline and ultimately lead to acquiring new customers and cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
What you’ll do:
Build a world-class demand gen machine focused on creating MQL’s and pipeline that outpace growth targets
Design and scale high impact account based marketing programs focused on driving engagement with our most important potential customers
Fill and optimize the marketing funnel with a data-driven approach to convert at each stage
Build a high volume of integrated marketing campaigns across all marketing channels.
Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on pipeline and revenue
Build strong relationships across marketing, sales, enablement, and client success to provide clear communication and visibility into marketing impact and improvements.
How you’ll do it:
Maniacal focus on pipeline generation and the metrics that are moving the needle
Understanding our customers deeply and aligning messaging and solutions to their needs
Working cross functionally to execute agreed upon campaigns and never getting blocked
Being a strong leader, mentor, team player and a focus on helping others succeed
Manage the demand generation budget with detailed focus on the ROI of each campaign and pushing the status quo to run smarter marketing programs at scale.
What you’ll need to be successful:
8+ years previous experience in fast paced B2B marketing role
Proven leader and mentor
Ability to manage a high volume campaigns and programs while optimizing ROI
Self motivated and extremely driven to move fast and make an impact
Create and analytical with a high bar for quality
Talented communicator (written and verbal)
Ability to identify data-driven opportunities to generate, accelerate, and close pipeline.
Very detail oriented and deeply organized.
Degree in Marketing or equivalent
Experience marketing to financial services executives (Banking and Credit Unions)
Excellent writing background for content development and strategy, emails and invites, and proof-reading and editing marketing collateral.
Knowledge of Hubspot, Salesforce, Wordpress, Marketo, 6sense, and other marketing tools.
Bachelor’s degree completed
