Job Description

MX is looking to add an HR Analyst to its People Operations team. If you are a data nerd who is passionate about people success in an organization and in using data to help drive that success and satisfaction, then this is the role for you. You will work with management in gathering, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting HR data in a way that drives decision making for the company.  For example, you will own the following data: talent assessment metrics, team member performance metrics, compensation data, and other HR data that is critical for our success.

  • Gather and review people performance metrics to help facilitate the success of our team members throughout the organization

  • Analyze talent metrics to help determine the efficacy of and suggest improvements to our talent acquisition process

  • Perform analysis on market compensation data and provide input into how we create offers for new team members. 

  • Prepare and present data for the quarterly Compensation Committee meeting

  • Collaborate with management in determining appropriate incentives and rewards for positions and specific team members across the organization

You’ll do it by using your...

  • Bachelor's degree or similar in finance, math, organizational behavior or human resources management

  • Expertise in Google Sheets / MS Excel, and Google Slides / MS PPT

  • Strong business analysis acumen and a deep understanding of business operations

  • Ability to distill complex information into easily consumable graphs, charts, tables and communications that provides insights, enabling quick decision making

  • Bias towards iteration, process improvement, and automation

  • Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations, timelines, and deliverables
