Job Description

We are seeking a highly accountable, smart, creative builder who will serve as an advocate for our people and work to empower individuals and teams to be successful.  The Operations Acceleration Program Manager will perform a cross-functional role responsible for accelerating the success of teams across the company. We are growing incredibly fast and it is more critical than ever to ensure teams are aligned on the most important goals from the newest team member to the executive team.  This person will also own key cross functional projects that require a key driver to get across the finish line.

What you’ll do…

  • Work with the Executive team to identify and craft key quarterly goals.  Communicate these and get buy in at the individual and team level. Work with teams to ensure individual and team goals are aligned to company goals.  

  • Create the process and structure for reporting success across the company.

  • Establish and iterate on the capability of driving clarity on team and individual ownership areas, processes, systems, and metrics across the organization to ensure team members have clarity and are set up for success.  

  • Drive cross-team initiatives to enable teams to work better together.

  • Program manage other key cross-functional initiatives as needed.

  • Your minimum of 5 years demonstrating strong program management capabilities and getting stuff done

  • Your ability to forecast and manage project timelines in parallel (starting with the end in mind)
