You will enhance our project team by supporting our customer (a global leading automotive manufacturer) in a wide range of online marketing & sales activities.

• Preparation and execution of remote trainings and workshops for our international customers
• Supporting our customers with the rollout of new products in the different markets, respecting the local specifics and requirements
• Prioritize multiple issues within the team and prepare solution proposals to the customers
• Documentation of user manuals and issue resolution procedures
• Prepare problem status reports for our customers 

• University degree in Business, IT or comparable education
• Fluent business English(oral and written)
• You have a good understanding of complex backend systems and their architecture (i.E. Microservice) and ideally already have first experience in IT Consulting (or IT Support)
• Knowledge of REST API debugging tools
• Knowledge on tools like Atlassian Jira & Confluence is a Plus
• You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working and an agile mindset
• You have a high-quality awareness, like to communicate, and prefer to work together in a team
