Munch Fit is London’s number 1 gourmet fitness meal provider and café partner at Equinox London. We are looking for great personalities and very outgoing person to join our cafes in Green Park and Bishopsgate.

This isn’t your typical café, it is situated Equinox one of the most prestigious gyms in London. We will be providing deliciously tasting, top quality food and drinks that are designed to refuel your body after a workout.

When it comes to our food, quality is #1! The same must be said for our team. We have a small but strong team, and as we know we are only as good as those who work with us.

This role will be responsible for a small team, when the manager is not here, supervising a café and ensuring all members needs are met.

We are looking for someone with cafe service experience and barista skills who knows how to lead a team and drive service and energy on the floor. Someone who knows how to inspire a young group and who loves creating that perfect atmosphere for both customers and staff. Someone who is passionate about food, nutrition and fitness, energetic and keen to join an exciting, growing company.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

·       At least 1 year’s supervising experience in the service industry

·       Passion for driving a team and inspiring them.

·       Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in English

·       Flexible schedule

·       Detail oriented, sound judgment and strong interpersonal skills

·       Interest in Fitness industry, Nutrition and wellness
