Key Responsibilities

• Process fund transactions and accounting entries accurately, understanding their impact on the Net Asset Value (NAV) of client funds.
• Prepare NAV calculations, supporting schedules, reconciliations, and investor allocations for review by senior members of the team.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, audit deliverables, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure all client deliverables and queries are completed accurately and within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain a strong control environment by adhering to operational procedures, SOC1 requirements, and internal policies.
• Build strong relationships with clients, auditors, custodians, and internal stakeholders, delivering a high standard of client service.
• Contribute to process improvements and support fee calculations, billing activities, and other ad hoc projects as required.

• Understanding of investment funds, financial reporting, and reconciliations would be really great to have
• Post-secondary education with a concentration in finance or accounting preferred but not essential.
• Completion or interest in a professional accounting designation (ACCA, ACA, CFA -or equivalent) an asset but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
