Job Description
Reporting to the Director, Investor Delivery you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing investor delivery team, fostering engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive departmental initiatives, cross‑functional projects, and budget discipline to support strategic and operational goals.
- Collaborate closely with internal partners including Client Delivery, AML, Regulatory Reporting, and Banking teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end delivery.
- Champion process and system enhancements by participating in global and local transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of all investor reporting in line with agreed service level agreements.
- Maintain strong operational governance by ensuring all processes comply with SOC 1 controls and relevant internal policies, with appropriate documentation and checks completed.
- Actively contribute to technology and system projects, sharing innovative ideas to enhance future processes, automation, and client experience.
- Participate in the Client Relationship Management framework, including leading or supporting regular service reviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Respond flexibly to ad‑hoc requests and initiatives, supporting clients, the business, and team members as required.
Qualifications
You have:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of operations experience in financial services, fund administration, banking or client service with 3+ years in a managerial capacity
- Strong knowledge of the fund industry and investor operations.
