We are looking for a migration manager who can lead and coordinate the transfer of our business processes to Kuala Lumpur, following a migration methodology that ensures efficiency, quality, and minimum disruption to service. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the migration activities, as well as managing the communication and collaboration with the stakeholders involved. You will also be expected to identify and mitigate any risks or issues that may arise during the migration process. 

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a migration plan that aligns with the business objectives and timelines.
• Ensure that the migration activities are performed according to the migration methodology and the quality standards.
• Track and report the progress and status of the migration process to the senior management and the relevant stakeholders.
• Manage the communication and collaboration with the internal and external parties involved in the migration process.
• Identify and resolve any issues or risks that may affect the migration process or the business continuity.
• Evaluate and document the outcomes and lessons learned from the migration process.

• At least 5 years of experience in managing migration projects, preferably in a similar industry or domain.
• Strong knowledge of migration methodology and best practices.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
