Are you passionate about aftersales operations, dealership performance, and helping teams embrace digital transformation? Do you thrive in the field, working directly with dealership teams to drive change and improve customer service processes?

We are looking for a Field Coach & Change Management Consultant to support the rollout of the Digital Job Card Programme across the dealer network.

As a trusted advisor and coach, you will work closely with dealership teams to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of the Digital Job Card solution. Your focus will be on helping aftersales departments integrate new digital processes into their daily operations while maximizing user engagement, efficiency, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Present and demonstrate the Digital Job Card solution to dealership management and aftersales teams.

✅ Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops for service advisors, workshop teams, and key stakeholders.

✅ Support dealerships throughout their change journey, helping them adopt new processes and ways of working.

✅ Provide on-site operational coaching and hands-on support during implementation.

✅ Identify, document, and report issues, incidents, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

✅ Collaborate with the central project team and other programme stakeholders to ensure a consistent rollout approach.

✅ Track progress, share best practices, and help drive long-term user adoption.

Qualifications

  • Experience within the automotive aftersales environment.
  • Strong coaching, training, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage change and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable traveling regularly and working directly with dealership teams.
  • Experience with digital transformation projects, dealer management systems, or workshop processes is a strong advantage.
