Job Description
We are looking for a Parts Specialist to take on the day-to-day relationship with AR.
This part specialist will be the reference point of contact for all enquiries from the
network and the person who coordinates their resolution, ensuring the service level
committed with the network.
MAIN TASKS:
Dealer network support
• Handling and resolving enquiries from the Spanish and Portuguese network
across all channels established for this purpose.
• Enquiries on parts availability, part identification, pricing, delivery lead
times and logistics support.
• Identifying parts through the electronic parts catalogue (EPCM).
• Reviewing and communicating part supersessions and catalogue updates
to the network.
• Gathering feedback from our dealer network and channeling it internally to
drive process improvements.
Internal coordination
• Acting as the interface with the engineering department at HQ for the
escalation of technical issues and improvements to the electronic
catalogue.
• Following escalated enquiries through closure and communicating the
outcome to the network.
Reverse flow: claims and returns
• Reviewing, approving or rejecting transport claims and returns, verifying
compliance with the established procedure.
• Working with the national warehouse to solve delivery incidents, shortages
and damages.
• Identifying recurring incidents and proposing corrective actions.
Operational support
• Daily use of our ERP: stock enquiries, order tracking and urgency allocation.
• Coordinating with the warehouse on the prioritisation of urgent deliveries.
• Contributing to the department's digitalisation and process improvement
projects
Qualifications
What we're looking for
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration,
International Trade or a related field.
• Experience in automotive spare parts, aftersales, dealer network support or
B2B technical support in an industrial environment.
• SAP experience (MM/SD) or an equivalent ERP at user level.
• Excel at intermediate to advanced level.
• Native or bilingual Spanish, English at B2 level, Portuguese an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in negotiation settings.
• Ability to work with constant interruptions and to prioritise in real time.
• Attention to detail and rigour in applying established procedures.
• Previous experience with an automotive importer or OEM an advantage.
• Familiarity with electronic parts catalogues (EPC/EPCM).
• Experience handling claims with logistics providers.
