Job Description

As an HR Specialist, you will be working closely together with the operations, primarily in the United Kingdom. You will be the first point of contact for all HR related queries, helping and guiding MSX employees. In this role, you will make employees happy, and through that you will contribute to making MSX a good place to work! 

In this role you will: 

  • Partner with team members, regional stakeholders and local markets, supporting the end-to-end service delivery of People Operations  

  • Provide assistance, guidance, advice to employees, line managers and senior leaders  

  • Perform administration of employee lifecycle processes  

  • Execute all human resources transactions, such as onboarding, termination, staff movement, HR reporting, internal audits, personnel information management, and contract management 

  • Ensure compliance with employee data protection policies   

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

  • Previous experience in a local HR function would be an advantage

  • Experience working in an international organization and/or shared services environment

  • Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Well-organized with a structured way of working

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience within an HR Shared Services Centre (HR SSC) would be a strong asset

Working pattern and location

  • Full-time role (40 hours per week)

  • Permanent contract

  • Monday to Friday working schedule

  • Flexible hybrid working environment, combining office and home-based working
