Job Description
Do you love solving automotive technical puzzles? Join our growing multilingual Technical Assistance team in Budapest and become the go-to technical expert for Italian dealerships and workshops, helping them diagnose and resolve vehicle issues fast.
- Provide first-line technical support and diagnostics to Italian-market dealers and workshops.
- Investigate technical cases (electrical, mechanical, HV/EV) and guide technicians through repair processes.
- Document and manage cases through the ticketing system, escalating complex issues when needed.
- Collaborate with Level 2 engineers and international colleagues to share knowledge and improve resolution times.
- Take part in ongoing technical and product training, including EV/HV topics.
Qualifications
You will do best in this role, if you have:
- Fluent/professional Italian (written and spoken) and strong professional English.
- No automotive background yet? That's fine. We're happy to consider profiles with genuine passion and curiosity for cars and technology, willingness to learn (full technical training is provided).
- Hands-on experience: workshop, dealership or automotive diagnostics background.
- Comfortable using diagnostic tools and ticketing systems.
- An analytical, self-sufficient mindset and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A technical degree or EV/HV certification (e.g. HV EV Specialist, IMI Level 4) is an advantage but not mandatory.
