Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily PHQ operations and ensure achievement of client goals, Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, dealers, and field teams while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Manage, coach, and develop PHQ staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee program resources, processes, and compliance with the Statement of Work.
  • Manage program finances, accrual reporting, and dealer billing activities.
  • Analyze program performance data and provide regular reports and recommendations to leadership.
  • Identify and resolve operational risks, issues, and process gaps.
  • Lead weekly team meetings and coordinate support across departments.
  • Provide operational support for special projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of operations, project or business management experience.
  • 3+ years of team leadership experience.
  • Strong client relationship, financial management, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
