Job Description
1. Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, self-motivated, and versatile Multimedia & E-Learning Content Creator to join our team in Chennai. This position plays a critical role in bridging traditional media production with digital learning design, directly influencing our internal corporate communications, training engagement, and event visibility.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Video Production (Primary Focus): Concept, storyboard, shoot, and edit 4–5 engaging videos per month (approximately 1 minute each) tailored for internal training and company announcements.
- Graphic Design & Corporate Communication: Design visually clean, modern monthly/periodic newsletters and official circulars. Create striking visual content for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and informational infographics.
- Event Branding: Develop high-impact posters and digital creative assets to market internal training initiatives and corporate events.
- E-Learning Support: Build fundamental, interactive digital learning experiences and module packages using Articulate software.
Qualifications
Required Skill Set & Technical Qualifications
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Intermediate Proficiency):
- After Effects: Motion graphics, typographic animation, and basic asset manipulation.
- Premiere Pro: Seamless timeline video editing, multi-track audio syncing, and correct pacing.
- Photoshop: Image optimization, clean layouts, graphic asset generation, and composite design.
- Adobe Express: Rapid creation of high-quality templates and internal social/communication graphics.
- Articulate (Entry-Level / Fresher): Familiarity with setting up simple elearning modules, quiz elements, and publishing responsive web courses (Storyline or Rise 360).
4. Travel & Logistics
- Base Location: Chennai.
- Travel Requirements: Approximately 10 days of intercity travel per month to our primary training centre to capture raw footage, align with training leads, and coordinate content requirements.
