Job Description

T51 will be based out of Southeast Michigan and will be focused on buyback reduction actions. He/She will have experience in providing data to identify the “Top 5 Issues” and reduce roadblocks that prevent the vehicle from being repaired. 

The Priority Repair Specialists – T5I will “plug” into the Tech Advisor ecosystem as it exists today and work closely with all stakeholders to reduce buybacks by ensuring that the Top 5 Issues are focused on key markets. 

The Priority Repair Specialists – T5I key tasks include but are not limited to: 

  • Project management, leadership experience and the ability to bring various stakeholders together to fix specific issues 

  • Have the capability to identify the Top 5 impactful issues to be reviewed with Customer 

  • Provide weekly progress and status reports 

  • Motivate internal and external stakeholders to improve process, deliver solutions, and achieve expected results  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Include: 

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal forms  

  • Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues  

  • Familiarity of Stellantis products and services is a plus 

  • Ability to remain calm and professional and handle challenging situations while adapting to changes in products and policies  

  • Ability to work well with other departments to provide comprehensive solutions  

  • Ability to manage disagreements and resolve disputes between team members  

  • Ability to analyze data and create custom reports 

  • Ability to work independently and manage a progressive workload in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Ability to stay highly motivated, adaptive, and autonomous while delivering results.
