Job Description

We are seeking a professional and results-driven Parts Sales Consultant to join our team in Gurugram, India. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of automotive parts and components while building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will combine product expertise with exceptional customer service skills to exceed sales targets and contribute to our organization's growth in the automotive aftermarket sector.

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities with customers, including retail clients, fleet operators, and service centers
  • Provide expert product recommendations based on customer needs, vehicle specifications, and application requirements
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of parts inventory, pricing, availability, and technical specifications
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular follow-up and personalized service
  • Analyze customer requirements and customize solutions to meet their specific needs
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing while maintaining profitability targets
  • Utilize CRM and parts management systems to track sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Stay current with industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in automotive parts, components, or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle parts, components, and their applications
  • Proficiency with CRM software and parts management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting sales targets
  • Organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple customer accounts
  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn product specifications and systems
  • Customer-focused mindset with commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
