We are seeking a dedicated and organized TKM Retainer Trainer West to join our training and development team based in Navi Mumbai, India. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality training programs across the Western region, ensuring that employees develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles. You will serve as a key resource for maintaining training standards, supporting organizational development initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Deliver TKM training programs to diverse employee groups across the Western region with professionalism and clarity
• Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, documentation, and resources that align with organizational standards
• Assess participant learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback to ensure training effectiveness
• Collaborate with regional managers and stakeholders to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly
• Maintain detailed training records, attendance logs, and performance metrics for reporting and compliance purposes
• Conduct follow-up sessions and refresher training to reinforce learning and support skill retention
• Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles and organizational requirements
• Monitor training program quality and continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for training sessions across multiple locations in the Western region
• Provide mentoring and support to participants in applying learned concepts to their daily work

• Proven experience in training delivery and facilitation, preferably in a retainer or ongoing training capacity
• Strong knowledge of TKM (Toyota Kata Management) methodology and principles
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles
• Demonstrated ability to assess training effectiveness and measure learning outcomes
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Experience managing training programs across multiple locations or regions
• Proficiency in training documentation, record-keeping, and reporting systems
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing training needs and organizational priorities
• Experience with training delivery tools and learning management systems (preferred)
• Regional knowledge of the Western India market and business environment (preferred)
