Job Description
Program Overview
The Express Service Coach is responsible for the professional delivery and installation of MSX Express Maintenance solutions. The Coach will also develop and maintain direct relationships with assigned dealers and, where applicable, OEM field organizations. Additionally, the Coach will assist with Dealer Launch and Workshop Meetings.
Position Summary
Provide end-to-end support for Express Maintenance dealership operations by installing, sustaining, and consulting on Basic and Advanced Express Maintenance programs; delivering in-dealer, on-the-job training; and offering ongoing phone support. Ensure timely completion of dealer action plans, implementation of best-practice operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the implementation and ongoing updates of the Action Plan.
· Achieve assigned KPIs in alignment with client requirements.
· Participate in Dealer Inspection Process training.
· Analyze data and prepare reports.
· Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
Qualifications
· Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
· Three or more years of experience in the automotive customer service field
demonstrated core competencies including strong communication skills, self-motivation,
· Competencies (communication, leadership, problem-solving, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
· Additional education or certifications
· Experience in specific industries, tools, or environments
· Competencies that enhance success but are not mandatory
