Job Description
Value Stream Lean Expert
40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Barcelona / Madrid

MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Value Stream Lean Expert to join our team.
The Role
As a Value Stream Lean Expert your primary responsibilities will include collecting, organizing, and interpreting data to help guide decision-making processes.
Your key tasks will be:
- Plan Kaizen Event to achieve defined Lean objectives and deadlines
- Monitor & control Lean results and action effectiveness
- Implement actions, especially coaching, monitoring, improve operations consistency and standard delivery level
- Develop Lean Transformation Plan (Projects in Transformation, KPIs’ targets, Personnel skills, Suppliers Involvement)
- Work with Operations to correct and improve on going team management: recruitment requirements, objectives setting, performance, efficiency gain, training if necessary
About you
We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Value Stream Lean Expert has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or equivalent work experience, as well as:
- Certification by a recognised industry body as Project Manager or Coach
- Previous experience in: delivery and/or Shared Services, process improvement, customer satisfaction, coaching and project management
- Fully professional English knowledge
- Computer Literacy (proficient user of MS Office)
- Great problem-solving and communication skills; critical thinking
- Strong conflict and risk management skills
- Strong understanding of team building and decision-making models and processes
- Good knowledge of Data Collection, ETL, Business Analytics is advantageous
- Good knowledge in building a business case to demonstrate ROI
- Knowledge of Project Management based on PMBook
- Knowledge in feasibility study is a plus
- Familiarity with quality standards (ISO)
